Direct and coordinate multi‑discipline project teams throughout the project life cycle (from development and initiation to close‑out). Lead complex small to medium projects or routine large projects, producing and coordinating several projects concurrently. Establish and maintain client relationships and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings. Conduct work sessions for deliverable development in collaboration with staff and stakeholders. Coordinate staffing and workload throughout the project life cycle to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. Track financial aspects of projects, adjust work effort with the team to stay within budget and schedule parameters. Work with Accounting, Operations, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews. Implement QA/QC procedures and perform other duties as needed. Preferred Qualifications

Experience and interest in sustainable design/LEED. PMP certification. Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering. Minimum 7‑year project management experience. Registered Architect or Professional Engineer. Ability to lead a team on projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). Good planning and mentoring skills. Commitment to being an active participant of HDR’s employee‑owned culture. Required Qualifications

Expected compensation range depends on skills, experience, education, and geographical location. Minnesota: $82,754 – $153,686 (Stated benefits are for full‑time regular positions. Temporary and part‑time roles eligible for limited benefits.) Primary Location
