Role Overview As a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist for Global Shared Services (GSS), you will lead and oversee the end-to-end QA program for digital publishing campaigns. Your mission is to establish, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control systems that ensure excellence in both asset creation and campaign execution. You will drive quality standards across the entire campaign lifecycle, manage relationships with cross‑functional teams, and uphold a high quality bar for all stakeholders.

Key Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies for end-to‑end campaign management.

Lead and oversee quality control programs for both asset creation and campaign execution.

Execute a quality audit process to ensure internal quality and monitor controls for improvement.

Establish and monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and success criteria for digital campaigns.

Design and implement quality gates throughout the launch lifecycle.

Manage and coordinate QA team efforts across multiple campaigns and initiatives.

Create, develop and maintain standard operating procedures for QA processes.

Lead root‑cause analysis for complex quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on quality metrics and feedback.

Handle P3/P4 escalations based on quality metrics and feedback.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align quality standards with business objectives.

Mentor team members and promote a quality‑first culture across the organization.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience of 2+ years of QA experience, with at least 1 year in a program management role.

Experience with quality management systems, methodologies, and project management tools.

Six Sigma certification or similar quality management credentials.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher degrees in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Advertising, Digital media (computer science), or equivalent proven experience.

PMP or similar project management certification.

2+ years experience in digital advertising or marketing operations.

Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools.

Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Social Media platforms).

Experience in entertainment or streaming industry.

Background in data analytics and reporting, A/B testing and performance optimization.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance in digital advertising.

Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams.

Understanding of digital asset management systems and workflows.

Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
