About the Role We are seeking an innovative Content Policy Operations Specialist to support the Prime Video Trust & Safety Operations team to protect customers and demonstrate high judgement on account enforcement. Prime Video Trust & Safety programs aim to enable a globally trusted customer experience by ensuring that Prime Video (PV) provides content customers love and trust and accurate, meaningful and complete information to empower customers to make informed viewing choices for themselves and their children.

Key Job Responsibilities

Conduct manual reviews of global content policy compliance operations.

Make high judgement decisions on compliance actions.

Drive projects that improve support‑related functions and processes, prioritizing ways to leverage technology and automate.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures by effectively collaborating with stakeholders including Policy, Operations and Program teams.

Document comprehensive content investigations reports.

Help drive critical decisions by analyzing data and surfacing insights to improve efficiency.

Participate in ad‑hoc projects/assignments as necessary.

Develop subject matter expertise in industry best practice.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Can work with sensitive and/or graphic content.

Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities.

Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.

2+ years of Trust & Safety, law, risk management, investigations, compliance, or program management experience.

Experience with escalations related work.

High level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information and projects, data analysis and report writing.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing operations environment.

1+ years of escalations experience.

3+ years of Trust & Safety, law, risk management, investigations, compliance or program management experience.

Proven ability to exercise high judgement when policies are not well defined.

Effective written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate complex information in policy documents, risk assessments or technical reports.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $100,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits.
