Overview
CoStar Group is a leading global provider of real‑estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. The Associate Photographer works on Homes.com and Apartments.com, capturing 3‑D virtual tours, floorplans, and photography for residential properties in a designated territory.
Responsibilities
Support marketing efforts by capturing 3‑D virtual tours, footprints, and high‑quality photographs of homes and apartments.
Schedule, conduct, and complete photography sessions using Matterport Pro 3 cameras, digital cameras, and iPad.
Communicate with clients, sales associates, logistics, and management to meet appointment needs and prioritize tasks.
Ensure complete commercial real‑estate data coverage by monitoring one‑mile square grids for new inventory.
Safeguard company vehicle and equipment in accordance with CoStar safety standards.
Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
Note: this position is open to individuals eligible to work full‑time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of professional photography experience, ideally in real‑estate photography.
Proficiency with Matterport Pro 3 cameras, digital camera equipment, and iPad.
FAA Part 107 drone pilot license obtained within 30 days of offer.
Strong time‑management, organizational, and communication skills.
Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 5 lbs, stand and walk for up to 8 hours, and drive in all seasons.
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record prior to start.
Compensation Hourly rate plus bonus‑eligible position; annualized pay estimate of $50,000 with monthly bonuses based on performance metrics.
