Social Media & Marketing Lead
to take full ownership of our brand presence across social platforms. In this role, you’ll be the creative engine behind our content—driving strategy, producing eye‑catching short‑form videos, and building a community of athletes and high‑performers around the FuelWarden mission. What You’ll Do
Lead FuelWarden’s social media strategy across
Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn Plan, schedule, and manage a
content calendar
tied to product launches and marketing goals Create, write, and design compelling social media posts and branded visuals Collaborate closely with the founders
to create and edit short‑form video content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Own the short‑form video process—from
concepting and filming to editing and publishing Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to optimize engagement Curate UGC or relevant fitness/wellness content to spark community interaction Stay on top of trends in fitness, creator culture, and digital media to keep FuelWarden ahead of the curve Use tools like
Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and Notion
to design and organize content What We’re Looking For
Deep interest or personal background in
fitness, wellness, or athletics Experience in
marketing, content creation, or social media strategy Proven ability to
create and edit high‑performing short‑form videos Skilled with editing and creative tools:
CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Notion Strong
visual storytelling
and copywriting skills Self‑starter who’s organized, creative, and not afraid to experiment Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a fast‑moving team Bonus: Based in or near
Phoenix, AZ
(but not required) Bonus: Comfortable
appearing on camera or directing talent
in content shoots Commitment & Growth
