Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented SEO Executive specializing in On-Page Optimization tojoin our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing andmanaging on-page SEO strategies that improve website visibility, optimize content performance,and enhance the overall user experience, ultimately driving organic traffic and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive on-page SEO audits and implement optimization strategies.

Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headers, alt tags, and internal linking structure.

Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO best practices are applied.

Perform keyword research and integrate high-performing keywords into content.

Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.

Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall technical SEO factors affecting on-page ranking.

Create and maintain SEO-friendly URLs, sitemaps, and schema markup.

Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics to measure performance and ROI.

Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and EdTech industry practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

1–3 years of proven experience as an SEO Executive (On-Page), preferably within the EdTech industry.

Strong understanding of on-page SEO techniques, Google ranking factors, and

Keyword optimization

Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Yoast SEO, or Screaming Frog.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.

Excellent English writing skills with the ability to create and optimize content.

Solid knowledge of on-page optimization strategies.

Familiarity with Google algorithm updates and their impact on SEO performance.

Good understanding of EXL (if this refers to a specific tool/process, clarify in JD).

Strong time management and organizational skills.
