You will join a team managing the lifecycle of infrastructure and security, enhancing IBM's cloud solutions to ensure enterprises achieve efficiency, security, and scalability in their cloud journey.
Your Role And Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, programs and events with partners across AMER.
Align closely with the Field Marketing team on pipeline goals and regional sales priorities, helping to create more active sales opportunities, accelerate deal progression and improve conversion rates through campaigns.
Plan, manage, and execute 3rd party event sponsorships end-to-end, including all contracts, vendor negotiations, budget management, booth logistics, onsite execution, internal staffing, and all elements that go into event and conference sponsorships.
Collaborate with Field Marketing, Tech Alliances, Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing teams for planning and ensure they align with Hashicorp's broader business goals.
Develop and cultivate relationships with key marketing contacts among strategic partners. Understand their business strategies and priorities to design mutually beneficial co-marketing campaigns.
Empower partners to effectively promote HashiCorp solutions both internally and to their customer base by clearly articulating HashiCorp's value.
Manage contracts with vendors and invoice payments with Accounts Payable.
Design registration pages and event communications, and coordinate social promotion campaigns.
Track and report on key metrics including campaign performance, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
2-3 years of field or partner marketing experience, ideally in B2B software or technology.
Experience working with partners and a broad understanding of the partner ecosystem.
Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Zoom, Asana, Marketo, Outreach, G-Suite, Microsoft products and SplashThat or similar is a plus.
Familiarity with HashiCorp tools or other open-source developer tools.
Willing to attend C-level executive dinners to chatting with practitioners at conferences.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Ability to work closely with a distributed team and collaborate closely across geographically dispersed teams.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and comfortable in a range of environments from a C-level executive dinner to chatting with practitioners at conferences.
Proactive and solution-oriented, able to anticipate challenges and offer creative solutions to drive campaigns forward, even in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
