We’re looking for a forward-thinking Head of Brand Marketing to lead a major brand evolution and fuel our next phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of our brand’s identity, bring strategic vision to life, and position us as the go-to destination for consumers seeking financial services. The ideal leader blends creativity, brand transformation expertise, and a data-driven marketing mindset.
Your Mission: Shape the Brand of the Future This role is built for someone who thrives as both a strategic architect and a hands‑on creator. You’ll spearhead early creative concepts and messaging while building a scalable brand marketing engine. You’ll start with a small team of two and strong agency support to drive meaningful impact quickly.
Build the Brand Platform:
Turn the brand strategy into a comprehensive platform, identity system, and company‑wide playbook. Clarify our brand promise, narrative, and value proposition.
Lead Brand Transformation:
Refresh the visual identity, voice, and design system to create a more modern, emotional, and distinctive brand. Establish the processes and governance needed for consistency across every touchpoint.
Align Storytelling & Performance:
Create unified messaging frameworks and CTAs that support both compelling brand stories and measurable performance across paid media, the website, and product experiences.
Bring the Brand Into Product:
Work closely with Product, UX, and Editorial to ensure the brand is woven throughout the customer journey—from acquisition to on‑site experience to in‑product content.
What You Bring
Brand Transformation Expertise:
10+ years leading brand strategy or integrated marketing with a track record of successfully rebuilding or elevating major brands.
Industry Insight (Big Bonus):
Experience in financial services, fintech, or similarly complex consumer sectors is highly valuable.
Digital & Product Strength:
Proven success working with Product and UX teams to integrate brand principles into digital experiences.
Builder DNA:
A collaborative, inspiring leader who thrives in creating structure from ambiguity and building new capabilities from the ground up.
Budget Leadership:
Experience overseeing an omnichannel budget at the seven‑figure level.
Brand Identity Expertise:
Deep knowledge of identity systems, narrative development, design language, and brand governance.
Performance Alignment:
Ability to connect brand marketing efforts to measurable outcomes with clear frameworks for testing and iteration.
Product Integration:
Strong understanding of how to infuse brand strategy into product surfaces, web journeys, and customer experiences.
Messaging Mastery:
Skilled at simplifying complex concepts and creating cohesive messaging systems across all channels.
Hands‑On Capability:
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to drive early creative and message development while building long‑term infrastructure.

Known for uniting cross‑functional partners—creative, product, and more—around a shared brand vision.
