Our client, a major player in the tech space, is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to join their team full time!
They are looking for an analytical, strategic thinker with experience in B2B marketing to help drive revenue growth through lead generation, customer engagement and loyalty, and product adoption. This role focuses on email and lifecycle marketing, demand generation, upsell campaigns, and retention initiatives, working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Account Management teams.
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity! The team works on site in Boston 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across email, paid media, direct mail, and on-site channels.
Use audience segmentation and data insights to deliver personalized messaging.
Optimize conversion rates through testing and performance analysis.
Measure campaign effectiveness and communicate results to stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Manage budgets and stay informed on industry trends.
Qualifications
3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and demand generation strategies.
Proficiency with analytics tools (Looker, Salesforce, Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred).
Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
Ability to think strategically, adapt to trends, and manage multiple priorities.
