We're hiring a Senior B2B Marketing Specialist to lead high-impact campaigns focused on customer retention and revenue expansion. This is a hands‑on role for a results‑driven marketer who knows how to drive product adoption, reduce churn, and grow customer value across the lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
Drive and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns targeting existing customers across the US and Canada
Develop retention strategies that improve product engagement and reduce churn
Build upsell and cross‑sell campaigns in partnership with Sales and Account Management
Manage multichannel programs across email, paid, and onsite experiences
Analyze performance, run tests, and optimize continuously to drive results
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with a focus on retention or lifecycle
Strong background in email marketing, campaign management, and conversion optimization
Experience using platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, and Looker (or similar tools)
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
Excellent cross‑functional collaborator with clear, concise communication skills
