V2V is seeking a candidate to serve as Marketing Coordinator on our Creative Services team in Omaha, NE. The position is responsible for supporting the team with content creation for marketing campaigns and initiatives, audio/video production, editing and creative, still and motion graphic design, copywriting, WordPress & Shopify website content creation, HTML emails, social media and other miscellaneous marketing driven and creative project support.
The Marketing Coordinator assists account leaders in providing internal and external clients with the highest quality medical communications services and support. This is a hybrid role that requires an in-office presence Monday through Thursday and offers remote work options for Fridays. This position offers on-the-job professional development with a growing and financially stable company that provides a supportive, collaborative culture. Job Responsibilities:
In-office presence is required Monday through Thursday, Remote option for Fridays
Content creation, research & execution
Assist in video, audio, graphics, and template production
Proofread, copy-edit, and revise internal and external assets
Assist in writing and editing SEO optimized website content
Aid the Creative Services, Business Development, Technology Solutions, Client Services, and other departments as needed
Maintain WordPress and Shopify website content
Assist in new product testing and developing internal training guides
Other assigned tasks as needed
Skill Requirements:
BA or BS degree preferred; minimum 2 years of post-high school education required
Strengths should include good customer service, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to work occasional mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
Professional demeanor, strong verbal and customer support skills
Ability to identify issues, proactively troubleshoot, and initiate process improvements
Solid computer and technical skills, Proficiency with Apple/Mac iOS
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and ability to quickly learn
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Acrobat is preferred
Salary range: $48–$55K per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills, education, and overall fit for the position.
