As we expand our leadership in real estate information and technology, we seek a Senior Manager, Product Marketing, to lead go‑to‑market strategy, positioning, and demand generation for CoStar’s suite of B2B products.

Responsibilities

Market Strategy & Positioning – Develop and execute integrated product marketing strategies that drive growth across B2B customer segments; define differentiated value propositions articulating CoStar’s industry leadership.

Go‑to‑Market Execution – Lead launch planning for new features, enhancements, and market initiatives; design multi‑channel campaigns (digital, events, partnerships, content marketing) to generate awareness and demand.

Content & Messaging Development – Create engaging, customer‑focused content including web copy, case studies, testimonials, videos, presentations, and email campaigns.

Data & Insights – Leverage customer insights, competitive analysis, and marketing analytics to inform positioning, optimize performance, and refine go‑to‑market approaches.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner with sales, product and research to align product roadmaps with market needs; equip sales teams with tools, materials, and messaging frameworks.

Growth & Innovation – Identify new opportunities to increase product adoption and expand reach within existing and emerging markets; champion experimentation, testing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not‑for‑profit university or college; Master’s degree preferred.

5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally within data, SaaS, technology, or analytics‑driven industries.

Proven success in designing and executing full‑funnel marketing strategies.

Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to influence across levels and functions.

Demonstrated track record of collaboration in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.

Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution.

Willingness to travel up to 20% for conferences, client meetings, and team collaboration.

Track record of commitment to prior employers.
