to support an upcoming Department of Justice effort supporting the program management, engineering services, technical support, general technical and programmatic analysis and strategic development support, stakeholder engagement, website content support, testing and analysis, marketing, and logistical/planning services for efforts to support Lawful Access relevant to the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA). with Lifestyle Poly Responsibilities: Oversee a multi-faceted program area to include the development of strategic integrated telecommunications subject matter product and service strategy. Sustain successful cross-team management structure capable of providing a range of subject matter support services. Meeting regularly with government program managers to discuss performance, propose initiatives, and establish priorities. Lead strategic planning and communication initiatives in specified program area. Perform the functions of a technical expert in the relevant scientific field in support of major programs or system development. Apply expertise in defining and resolving telecommunications issues, performing analysis, and developing plans and requirements in the subject matter area. Coordinate and manages the preparation of analysis, evaluations, and recommendations. Collaboration with law enforcement personnel. Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or equivalent technical experience. Minimum of fifteen (15) years of applicable experience in the Telecommunication/Service Provider industry. Knowledge of telecommunication carriers and Internet service providers' protocols, as well as federal, state, and local law enforcement in order to conduct liaison efforts and to identify/resolve issues related to lawfully authorized electronic surveillance required. US Citizenship with an active Top Secret with Lifestyle Poly. Ability to successfully complete a government issued background investigation.
