LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading chocolate manufacturer looking to hire a
part time marketing coordinator
to their brand marketing team.
As a
marketing coordinator , you will gain hands‑on experience across brand strategy, digital marketing, and event execution. You'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams (including Chefs, R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain) to support impactful campaigns and product launches. You will contribute to the development of marketing materials, analyze market and campaign performance, and help shape digital presence. From event coordination to crafting content, this is a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and make a real impact.
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities
Adapt, translate, and/or create marketing materials (sales tools, campaigns, promotional articles) based on brand positioning and the target audience.
Create engaging content for social media platforms, primarily Facebook.
Plan and create compelling content for email newsletters.
Develop and review content for our company websites.
Support the Marketing Associate in coordinating logistics with sponsors and host events.
Manage the shipment of products for promotional activities and events.
Marketing Coordinator Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications or a related degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Self‑motivated, interested in entrepreneurial culture, must like a fast‑paced work style.
Attention to detail and strong writing skills.
Contract Details
Part time hours: 20-25 hours per week
Office Location: Chicago, IL
Working 1 day onsite/week (Tuesdays or Wednesdays)
W2 Contract paying up to $30.00/hr
