Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support the development of training content for both internal associates and external vendor partners. This role plays a critical part in transitioning users from one system to a new platform supporting installation services—impacting multiple roles across the organization.
The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and strong organizational skills to deliver engaging learning solutions that drive adoption and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Learning Manager on daily and weekly assignments.
Collaborate with the learning team to deliver high-quality training materials.
Identify and communicate blockers to the Learning Manager promptly.
Design and develop instructional content using MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Articulate 360.
Create and edit video-based learning assets, incorporating Well Said AI voice-over tool.
Participate in daily stand-up meetings to provide updates on assignment status.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in training development.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Articulate 360.
Experience in video development and editing.
Familiarity with AI voice-over tools (Well Said AI preferred).
