Sr. Customer Marketing Manager (Verticals)

The Position As a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager, you will lead a team in developing and executing customer marketing strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. You will report directly to the Marketing Director and work out of one of our Building Automation Strategic Locations on a hybrid schedule. In this role, you will leverage market trends, customer insights, and data to strengthen relationships and position Honeywell as a leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data‑driven recommendations for optimization.
Manage customer segmentation and develop personalized marketing communications.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop customer‑focused sales enablement materials.
Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing.
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration; dynamic and self‑motivated individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment; innovative and creative thinking, as we encourage new ideas and approaches to drive continuous improvement.

Salary Annual base salary range for this position in Connecticut and Minnesota is $142,000 – $178,000. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer.
