Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist supports all marketing, event, and sales operations for luxury real estate development projects. This role serves as a critical liaison between the development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding, effective campaign execution, and seamless coordination of events and collateral. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across high-end residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the production and delivery of marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, digital assets, and development website for all development projects.
Review and refine marketing content to ensure consistency with brand identity and project positioning.
Oversee the execution of automated drip campaigns by collaborating with marketing teams on content deliverables, uploading campaign assets into BCMS and SPARK, and coordinating rollout and tracking with the sales teams.
Assist in managing marketing timelines, budgets, and deliverables for each project, ensuring timely execution.
Lead the coordination and execution of development and brokerage events, including roadshows, VIP previews, and launch activations.
Organize travel logistics, event shipments, and vendor coordination for marketing activations.
Manage digital invitation campaigns (Greenvelope and Constant Contact), including design collaboration, contact uploads, distribution, performance tracking, and inbox management.
Coordinate with photographers, designers, and printers for creative deliverables and post-event collateral organization.
Work collaboratively with the brokerage marketing team to plan joint events and campaigns that strengthen sales pipelines and brand exposure.
Maintain marketing collateral inventory, oversee reorders, and track distribution across developments.
Team Support
Serve as liaison between corporate leadership, sales teams, and marketing departments to maintain clear communication and unified brand messaging.
Provide on-site sales and event support as needed for active development projects.
Provide logistical support for event-related travel, including flight and hotel bookings, and vendor coordination.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in real estate marketing, sales coordination, or project administration.
Strong written and visual communication skills with high attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point), CRM systems (e.g., BCMS), and marketing tools (e.g., Greenvelope, Canva, or similar).
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Team-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing complex event logistics.
Ability to move loads of up to 30 pounds.
Experience with graphic design is a plus.
Ideally licensed as a Real Estate agent in Florida or willing to do so in the future.
Working in our Naples office, in-person, 3 to 5 days a week.
General social media knowledge.
