Responsibilities Create flyers, e‑mails, and social media posts – tell its unique story. Enter new and revised listings into company and third‑party websites. Create closed and specialty announcements, then shout it from the rooftops! Ensure property signage shines and is readily available. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign activities. Generate demographic reports and VOID analysis. Craft maps and aerials to paint local commercial real estate landscapes. Structure tenant and buyer tour books to initiate their site selection adventure. Assemble custom thematic maps (population density, income / expenditures, competition, drive‑times…) Build thought leaders with engaging social content and news breaking information. Offer consultancy on listing + tenant enhancement opportunities. Accurately account for digital deal files. Assist with incoming calls and office equipment / supplies / IT, as needed. Skills & Experience One+ year of marketing experience preferred. Desire to grow in Commercial Real Estate. Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop preferred. Working knowledge of Canva preferred.Strong communicative, interpersonal skills. Organized multi‑tasking abilities. Reliable attendance. LQ Commercial is a regional firm with local roots.
