Responsibilities
Build guest and team member positive relations
Participates and conducts departmental meetings.
Oversees the effective and efficient schedules while meeting staffing objectives and achieving guest satisfaction
Demonstrates superior customer services in accordance with company and departmental standards
Assists in the development of operational goals
Supervision of staff in advertising, promotions, and players club
Oversee all marketing initiatives including advertising, promotions, special events, entertainment, direct mail, social media, and digital marketing
Answer all incoming calls and maintain knowledge of casino operations
Communicate details of promotions and mailings with all departments
Use casino tracking programs
Provide feedback on guest preference and expectations
Maintain knowledge of casino amenities and events
Make announcements promoting upcoming events
Know guest alcohol limitations and company policy
Keep work area clean and orderly
Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies and empower others
Handle routine guest complaints and incidents with discretion
Perform other duties as assigned
Prioritize needs and manage resources effectively
Report safety hazards, problems, or maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
1 to 2 years of supervisory experience, preferred
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, guest service, written, and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor and presence when interacting with guests and team members
Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change
Excellent guest service skills to effectively deal with guests
