Role The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for scheduling all marketing events, coordinating timing and functions across departments, and providing outstanding guest service. The role includes assisting guests with information on promotions, casino events, lodging and transportation, and ensures that Players Club Representatives meet service standards.
Responsibilities
Build positive relations with guests and team members.
Participate in and conduct departmental meetings.
Oversee effective scheduling while meeting staffing objectives and guest satisfaction.
Demonstrate superior customer service in line with company and departmental standards.
Assist in developing operational goals.
Supervise staff in advertising, promotions, and the Players Club.
Assist with overseeing all marketing initiatives including advertising, promotions, special events, entertainment, direct mail, social media, and digital marketing.
Answer incoming calls and maintain high knowledge of all casino aspects.
Communicate promotion details and assists with mailings and offers across departments.
Use casino tracking programs as needed.
Provide feedback on guest preferences and expectations.
Maintain thorough knowledge of casino amenities and events.
Make announcements during shifts to promote upcoming events.
Know about guest alcohol limits and company policies.
Keep work area clean and orderly.
Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies ethically.
Handle routine guest complaints and incidents with discretion.
Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by management.
Prioritize needs and manage resources proactively.
Report safety hazards, problems, or maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, guest service, written, and verbal communication skills.
Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with guests and team members.
Experience in the gaming industry preferred.
