The Role The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing and coordinating all marketing initiatives on behalf of the property and coordinating the timing and functions with various departments. The individual must perform essential functions as outlined below, possess required knowledge, skills, and abilities, and comply with all state gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings.

Coordinate and provide support for marketing initiatives.

Coordinate purchases, deliveries, and all relevant activities to ensure successful execution of all marketing initiatives.

Support marketing needs and assist in maintaining and overseeing website, new content writing, email marketing, digital marketing, social marketing, and advertising efforts.

Coordinate design of creative materials and copywriting efforts for marketing initiatives.

Coordinate photo and video shoots.

Coordinate property entertainment.

Coordinate direct mail programs.

Lead promotional planning and coordinate execution of events, promotions, and tournaments.

Assist the Player Development and Players Club teams when necessary.

Represent the company professionally with guests, vendors, and media.

Work with urgency and meet deadlines.

Apply knowledge gained from training, education, and work experience.

Behave friendly and courteously at all times.

Complete assignable work tasks requested by department leaders satisfactorily.

Prioritize needs proactively and manage resources effectively.

Report safety hazards, problems, or maintenance issues immediately to the appropriate party.

Ensure customer service standards are met and retained.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications preferred.

1–3 years prior work experience in marketing, advertising, or promotions preferred.

Previous casino experience preferred.

Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Detail oriented.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a state Gaming License.

Target Compensation Range

$17.00 per hour.
