About the Role The
Marketing Specialist
is a key player in expanding the reach and resonance of
Philosophical Entertainment . This role bridges creativity and strategy, helping our growing platform share its message of love, awareness, and transformation with audiences across the world. You’ll be the voice that connects our work to new listeners, sponsors, and collaborators who align with our mission of awakening through story and sound.
Ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, branding, and building community connections, this role provides hands‑on experience in developing purpose‑driven marketing campaigns within a spiritually conscious and creative media organization.
Responsibilities
Develop & Implement Marketing Strategy:
Collaborate with the team to design campaigns that grow audience engagement, promote new podcast episodes, and enhance brand visibility.
Outreach & Partnerships:
Identify and build relationships with potential sponsors, collaborators, and aligned brands to support and amplify our mission.
Campaign Development:
Assist in creating and managing promotional content, email newsletters, press releases, and marketing materials that reflect the heart of Philosophical Entertainment.
Brand Development:
Ensure consistency of tone, visual style, and message across all digital platforms including the website, podcast directories, and social media channels.
Performance Insights:
Track and analyze engagement metrics, listener growth, and campaign performance to identify trends and optimize marketing efforts.
Team Collaboration:
Work in close communication with the podcast host, editor, and social media coordinator to synchronize campaign timing and audience outreach.
Qualifications
Experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or related fields (nonprofit or media experience a plus).
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a knack for creating emotionally resonant messaging.
Comfortable with outreach, networking, and professional correspondence with sponsors and collaborators.
Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Canva, or social scheduling platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Alignment with Philosophical Entertainment’s mission and an interest in philosophy, spirituality, or conscious storytelling.
Time Commitment Approximately
10–15 hours per week , depending on campaign flow and scheduling. The position is remote and designed for flexibility, allowing you to balance creative work with other life commitments.
