We are seeking a creative and results-driven
Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to grow our clients’ brands and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and analyze multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, PPC, content, and more).
Collaborate with design, SEO, and development teams to create integrated marketing strategies.
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
Conduct market research to identify trends and target opportunities.
Manage paid advertising campaigns and budget allocation for maximum ROI.
Optimize landing pages, ad copy, and creatives for conversions.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Proficiency with major digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
