Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist
We’re looking for a results-driven
Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist
to lead online campaigns that grow our brand, engage audiences, and drive conversions. In this role, you’ll plan, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives across SEO, paid ads, email, content, and social media. You’ll collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define campaign goals, budgets, KPIs, and timelines.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to grow organic traffic.
Optimize website structure, landing pages, and ad creatives for maximum ROI.
Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and similar tools, delivering regular reports and insights.
Oversee the editorial calendar and ensure on-brand, optimized content across digital platforms.
Lead social media strategy: content scheduling, community engagement, paid promotion, and influencer collaborations.
Leverage marketing automation, CRM platforms, and CMS tools to improve efficiency.
Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Work cross-functionally to integrate digital marketing into broader company initiatives.
Serve as a primary contact for external agencies and vendors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2–5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
Proven success running multi‑channel digital campaigns.
Proficiency with analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing best practices.
Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Bonus: Basic HTML/CSS skills and certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint).
