Wholesale Marketing Manager (Footlocker)
MANAGER WHOLESALE MARKETING
Join our team to elevate consumer experiences and drive growth through impactful wholesale marketing strategies. As Manager Wholesale Marketing, you will lead account marketing and activation plans for key wholesale partners, ensuring best-in-class retail and digital activations that strengthen brand presence and engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and execute seasonal marketing plans integrating product, retail, and brand activities for key accounts
Deliver account marketing calendars to secure brand visibility and consumer engagement across wholesale partners
Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, and Digital Activation teams to align marketing programs with commercial objectives
Plan and execute in-store activations, product launches, and omnichannel campaigns that enhance consumer experience
Track and report on marketing performance, leveraging insights to optimize future investments
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
Sales and Merchandising teams
Visual Merchandising and Retail Concepts teams
Digital Activation and Trade Marketing teams Global and NAM Brand Marketing teams
Finance and Business Development teams
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong brand marketing and project management experience within wholesale or sporting goods
Ability to analyze consumer insights and retail trends to optimize marketing programs
Expertise in retail marketing, digital activation, and omnichannel strategies
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
5–7 years of experience in brand, digital, or wholesale marketing
Proven success in executing account-based marketing strategies focused on consumer engagement and sell-through
