Our EMEA Regional Marketing team is responsible for driving global engagement at scale through the development and execution of region wide, vertical‑ and account‑specific marketing campaigns; the development and activation of offering led growth programs, and high‑end events, with the ultimate goal of making selling easier and being the voice of marketing to our GTM teams in region.

Picture Yourself at Pega As our Central Regional Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of driving Pega’s growth across your region. You’ll shape our brand presence, lead demand generation initiatives, and deliver strategic Account‑Based Marketing programs that make an impact. You’ll also orchestrate integrated events that bring our story to life. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll collaborate closely with sales, the EMEA Marketing team, and our global marketing community to align marketing efforts with business goals—fueling pipeline growth and accelerating ACV. What You’ll Do at Pega

Represent Regional Marketing across EMEA, collaborating closely with the wider marketing team.

Execute a comprehensive regional marketing plan to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and client engagement.

Contribute to quarterly planning with regional leadership to align marketing priorities with business goals.

Use business analysis to prioritize marketing investments and manage competing requests.

Develop and deliver regional, industry, and account‑based marketing (ABM) plans.

Build and activate multi‑channel campaigns including content, email, events, direct mail, and paid media.

Align ABM plans with sales’ account plans, defining joint actions and timelines.

Execute global demand generation programs tailored for regional relevance.

Lead the creation and execution of regional events and executive engagement programs.

Report on marketing outcomes using data‑driven insights and business intelligence dashboards.

Proficient English speaking.

What You’ve Accomplished

5+ years of related B2B experience.

Prior experience in enterprise software marketing.

Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, social collaboration tools, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Analytics, marketing automation models.

Budget management experience.

Strong digital marketing experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to leverage data to influence strategy and decision‑making.
