As the firm continues to expand its global portfolio, we are seeking a Project Operations Manager to play a key leadership role within our Miami-based headquarters—driving operational excellence, team coordination, and project delivery across an expanding roster of elite, design-driven projects.

Position Summary The Project Operations Manager will serve as a central leader within the firm, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly from concept through completion. Working closely with the Owner/Principal, this individual will oversee scheduling, workflow, systems, and internal operations that support high-end design projects worldwide.

This role is ideal for an experienced, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a creative, fast-paced, and collaborative environment—someone who combines strategic foresight with hands‑on execution and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities Project & Operational Leadership

Manage the firm’s master project schedules, ensuring clarity and accountability across multiple concurrent projects.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to track milestones, budgets, and deliverables.

Partner with accounting to manage budgets and monitor expenditures.

Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively resolve scheduling or resource challenges.

Support the Owner/Principal in long‑term project forecasting and strategic growth initiatives.

Team & Workflow Management

Lead weekly coordination meetings and communicate project priorities across teams.

Oversee support staff and ensure efficient cross‑departmental collaboration.

Develop and refine SOPs and internal best practices to streamline communication and workflow.

Systems & Reporting

Manage and optimize ClickUp (or equivalent project management platform).

Create dashboards and progress reports to maintain transparency and accountability.

Train team members on system use and process adherence.

Executive Partnership

Serve as an operational partner to the Owner/Principal, providing structure and insight for decision‑making.

Uphold the firm’s standards of excellence, discretion, and professionalism in all communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in

Landscape Architecture , Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

7–10 years preferred; minimum of 5 years required

in project or operations management within design, architecture, engineering, landscape architecture, or luxury development.

Strong background in scheduling, budgeting, and multi‑project coordination.

Advanced proficiency in

Microsoft Excel ; experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera is highly desirable.

Experience with ClickUp (preferred) or equivalent platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, or Basecamp.

Familiarity with AutoCAD or design documentation software to interface effectively with architects and engineers.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Experience in pool, spa, or aquatic design is highly desirable.

Must be based in South Florida or able to relocate independently.

This is a full‑time, on‑site position at our Palmetto Bay office.

Salary Range: $90,000–$100,000 (commensurate with experience)
