Position Summary We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator who will play a critical role in planning, executing, and optimizing content and campaigns that drive customer growth, engagement, and sales across all digital platforms. This role will support marketing initiatives spanning email, social media, paid media, websites, and partner platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious about digital trends, eager to learn new tools, and skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

Content & Campaign Management

Create and manage nationwide content across the Live! portfolio’s digital platforms

Plan, create, execute, and track nationwide email campaigns across the Live! portfolio for key initiatives, including major sporting events and private events

Manage content calendars and publish digital content across all Live! properties and social platforms

Manage and execute influencer campaigns using Live!’s influencer tools to strengthen local partnerships with districts and venues and optimize overall influencer strategy

Assist with website content updates and optimization efforts to enhance user experience and conversion

Assist in the creation and management of new opening venue social pages – including content strategies, editorial calendar and publishing schedules

Data & Reporting

Own and maintain key marketing performance dashboards, including the monthly Subscriber Data Report

Analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, and online traffic to identify trends and opportunities for optimization

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI, attribution, and audience engagement

Develop and share trend reports, best practice guides, and performance summaries with leadership and field marketing teams to support data-driven decision-making

Paid Media Support

Assist in the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition and ticket sales across self‑service platforms (Meta, TikTok, Spotify, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.)

Support campaign setup, creative trafficking, budget pacing, tracking code development, and optimizations

Partner with the Paid Media and Creative teams on copywriting and asset development

Support the development of customer loyalty programs, helping to track engagement, identify growth opportunities, and enhance retention strategies

Organize the company’s asset management gallery and digital assets maintenance (link maintenance, video descriptions, tags, etc.)

Administer user access and management across all digital tools for Live! locations, ensuring smooth operations and proper permissions

Update digital training materials with best practices as needed

Work directly with leadership on special projects as needed

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Digital & Email Marketing, or related experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field

Available to work a full‑time schedule, 40 hours per week

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office; Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator a plus

Experience with media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.

Experience with content editing tools like Canva

Experience with paid social media campaigns, and Facebook Meta Ads Manager a plus, but not necessary

High online affinity, understanding of digital marketing environment, media platforms, and analytics tools

Knowledge and understanding of culture and current digital marketing trends, apps, influencers, etc.

Superb written and oral communication skills

Ability to work with, analyze and present campaign performance data with a proven track record of using this to track KPIs for successful, performance‑based marketing

Ability to function well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet established deadlines

Must have effective communication skills and work well in a team setting or independently

Must be self‑motivated, organized, independent, and be able to multitask

A team player that is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to help the team

Compensation & Benefits The compensation for this position is $55,000 – $65,000 annually. Eligible employees are entitled to a comprehensive benefits package following the required eligibility period, which includes:
