Strategic marketing: execute a multi‑faceted marketing program that aligns with the practice’s business goals. Patient acquisition and content creation: manage campaigns to attract new patients using targeted messaging about the practice’s specialties and physicians; may partner with third‑party vendors. Digital presence management: create and oversee the practice’s online footprint, including the website, social media, and review platforms. Reputation management: monitor patient feedback and online reviews and respond appropriately to maintain a positive brand image. Collaboration with Physician Liaison teams to:
Event planning: coordinate community outreach programs, health fairs, and educational events to build brand awareness. Managing sponsorships: maintain sponsor relationships and community partners. Physician relations: develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians and healthcare partners to ensure a steady patient referral network. Data analysis: track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using metrics.
Regulatory compliance: ensure all marketing activities, including the use of patient information, adhere to healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and relevant state laws. Qualifications And Skills
Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is required, or equivalent experience may be considered. Experience: Three or more years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare sector. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to liaise effectively with physicians, staff, patients, and partners. Leadership and collaboration: ability to lead projects and collaborate across departments.
