Base Pay Range $60,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr
Description The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement. The role works closely with the marketing team to create compelling visual and written content that resonates with Zenex’s B2B and B2C customers, ensuring consistent brand messaging across audiences and channels.
Position Responsibilities
Execute marketing and promotional campaigns, designing and implementing strategies that align with organizational objectives.
Work with stakeholders to develop compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for marketing campaigns, newsletters, press releases, promotional materials, print catalogs/collateral, and trade‑show assets.
Create and manage content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms; review and edit messages to ensure brand messaging is clear and concise.
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels; analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying trends that could impact future initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely receipt of deliverables.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related major.
Minimum three years’ experience in marketing or advertising; eCommerce and graphic design experience is a plus.
Understanding of how to write compelling content for B2B and B2C audiences.
Strong editing skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in desktop applications – Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Highly organized with strong project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to fifteen pounds at times.
