Marketing Manager - A|E|C Industry Experience
Position Overview The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services. This role aims to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth through effective marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
Create and oversee the production of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Manage social media accounts and develop content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Conduct market research to identify trends and assess competitive landscape.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect service offerings.
Coordinate the preparation of proposals, client questionnaires, and qualifying statements for potential clients.
Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases and public relations content.
Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
Manage the company's website and ensure it is up-to-date with relevant information and SEO best practices.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in lead generation and client engagement efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the engineering or construction sectors.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Proficient in using marketing tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics.
Experience with social media marketing and digital marketing strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Deltek Vision, SF 330, and government forms is a plus.
Vacation/PTO - 17 days PTO, 9 paid holidays
