Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing and Design Fellow whose dream is to create stunning visual content while gaining hands‑on experience in a creative agency environment. This role offers the chance to work directly with our design team and executive staff, with exposure and contribution to various aspects of online/print media production and strategy. The ideal candidate has a creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. Must be eager to learn, and ready to tackle a variety of design challenges.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Revenue & Partnerships team to design visually appealing custom presentations and proposal decks using data and visual storytelling to clearly communicate the value to clients and stakeholders.
Design a high volume of marketing materials to support sales and seasonal campaigns, including in‑house and co‑branded website content, newsletters, banner ads, and social media assets.
Contribute ideas during creative brainstorms and help develop new visual concepts for partnerships and media opportunities.
Contribute to creating visual assets (graphics, illustrations, article imagery, ads) for website, email, digital campaigns, social media platforms and print media (brochures, posters, event menus, etc.), while ensuring all designs adhere to the company branding guidelines.
Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, presentation templates, and project files.
Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
Stay up to date on design trends, digital media practices, and competitor activity to help keep creative work exciting and relevant.
What You Bring:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in graphic design, visual arts or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and PowerPoint.
Understanding of design principles, composition, typography, color theory, layout techniques and branding.
Strong eye for visual storytelling, especially for digital editorial. An understanding of how design supports and elevates editorial voice.
Clear and assertive communication, teamwork skills and feedback‑driven mentality.
Energetic self‑starter who is able to think creatively, resourcefully and strategically.
Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Initiative, the ability to solve problems independently, and eagerness to take on new challenges.
Commitment:
3‑6 month commitment with potential for future employment opportunities
20‑30 hours per week
Ability to commute to the office 3 days a week
