We tell powerful stories that highlight the strength and resilience of our boys, families, mentors, and community partners.**Position Summary**The Content Manager is responsible for capturing, creating, managing, and distributing high-quality content across Son of a Saint’s digital platforms. This includes photography, videography, storytelling, editing, and strategic posting. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who understands how to bring a mission to life visually and digitally, while maintaining brand voice and consistency.This role also plays a key role in producing Son of a Saint’s podcast—including filming, editing, and distributing episodes to help amplify our mission and voices within the community.**Key Responsibilities****Content Creation & Management*** Capture high-quality photo and video content at events, programs, and in the community.* Edit and produce compelling visual content for use on social media, website, email, and print.* Write clear, engaging captions, stories, and copy that reflect the organization’s mission and values.* Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with organizational campaigns, programs, and events.* Manage an organized digital asset library (photos, videos, b-roll, testimonials, etc.).**Podcast Production*** Film and record Son of a Saint’s podcast episodes, ensuring high-quality audio and video.* Edit and package episodes for multiple platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.).* Collaborate with leadership and guests to ensure smooth production and storytelling flow.* Create promotional clips, graphics, and teasers to drive engagement.* Schedule and post episodes consistently across platforms.**Social Media & Digital Strategy*** Own daily posting and scheduling across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube).* Track and analyze performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize engagement.* Stay current with social media trends and identify opportunities to expand reach and impact.**Brand Storytelling*** Work closely with leadership, mentees, staff, and partners to capture authentic stories.* Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and messaging.* Support campaigns that highlight fundraising efforts, special events, alumni stories, and partner impact.**Collaborations & Events*** Provide live coverage and content support at signature events (e.g., Gala, community activations, national events).* Collaborate with marketing, development, and program teams to produce content that advances organizational goals.* Manage external creative partners (e.g., photographers, videographers, agencies) as needed**Qualifications*** 3+ years of experience in content creation, digital media, or related fields.* Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut).* Strong photography, videography, and storytelling skills.* Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.* Experience producing and editing podcast or audio/video content.* Excellent written and verbal communication.* Ability to work evenings and weekends for events as needed.* A passion for community impact and youth empowerment is a plus**Preferred Skills*** Graphic design experience.* Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and basic web content management.* Familiarity with nonprofit communications or mission-driven storytelling.* Strong organizational and project management skills**Compensation & Benefits*** Health, dental, and vision insurance* 401(k) with employer match* Paid time off and holidays* Professional development opportunitiesWHAT WE DOSon of a Saint exists to enhance the lives of fatherless boys through mentorship, emotional support, development of life skills, exposure to constructive experiences and formation of positive, lasting peer-to-peer relationships.## Location2803 St. Philip Street, New Orleans , LA 70119
