The Position As a
Sr. Customer Marketing Manager (Security)
at Honeywell, you will shape and execute marketing strategies to support the Security vertical. You will report to the Marketing Director and work from one of our BA Strategic Locations on a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the Security vertical’s goals.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience with a focus on strategic initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive decisions.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and marketing automation software.
Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in the security industry or related technology sectors.
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

The annual base salary range for this position in Connecticut and Minnesota is $142,000 – $178,000. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including scope and responsibilities, candidate work experience, education and training, key skills, and market and business considerations.
