Marketing Specialist, Email and Mobile Operations

Responsible for the day-to-day execution of email/SMS/push marketing campaigns across DIY and Wholesale
Translate business requirements into campaign audience selection strategies and rules
Work with the Data Operations team to translate business requirements into campaign audience selection strategies and rules
Regularly review email, SMS and Push related reporting to monitor deliverability, mailing success, and to review program success as well as suggest future enhancements
Test/QA all emails before launch for accuracy, tracking, and rendering across multiple devices and email service providers as well an ensure ADA compliancy
Become a subject matter expert on email/SMS/push campaign operations and stay current with all best practices, strategies, industry standards and apply learnings to continually improve results
FORMAL EDUCATION:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
2-4 years' experience working in enterprise-level marketing automation platforms
Testing and optimization experience
Excellent attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Continuously knowledgeable on email campaign best practices (functionality, cadence, deliverability, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc).
Experience working in enterprise Marketing Automation platforms
Preferred:
Experience with HTML coding for email
Experience with SQL
Advanced Excel Experience (formulas, conditional formatting, etc).
