AKO Signs is hiring a Vinyl Installer to join our team in Athens, GA. If you enjoy working with your hands, pay close attention to detail, and prefer working in the field rather than behind a desk, this could be a great fit. You’ll install vehicle wraps and decals both at our shop and at customer sites using a company vehicle. We also provide a company credit card to cover gas and job supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Install vinyl decals and wraps on cars, vans, trailers, and box trucks
• Prep surfaces by cleaning, measuring, and removing hardware
• Follow proof sheets and align graphics with precision
• Ensure clean, bubble-free application and finish
• Occasionally assist with wrap removals or rewraps
• Drive to customer locations using a company vehicle

Qualifications

• 1+ year of vinyl installation experience preferred
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Can lift 50 lbs and use ladders when needed
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Self-motivated and enjoys hands‑on, physical work

Tiered Pay Structure

• Entry‑Level: $18–$20/hr
• Experienced: $21–$24/hr
• Certified/Lead Installer: $25+/hr
