Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to diagnose organizational challenges and design optimal structures that enhance efficiency, agility, and strategic alignment.
  • Advise on work design choices and approaches to improve productivity, employee experience, and job satisfaction.

Organizational Diagnostics & Analysis:

  • Undertake comprehensive organizational diagnostics using data‑driven methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups, data analysis) to identify root causes of performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Program Design & Implementation:

  • Design and implement a portfolio of organizational development (OD) interventions, including team effectiveness workshops, leadership development programs, and strategic change initiatives.
  • Create and lead complex, large‑scale culture change programmes to embed desired values and behaviours across the organization.
  • Design and deliver targeted behavioural interventions to shift mindsets and build critical capabilities.

Culture & Values:

  • Lead the process of designing, refining, and embedding organizational values in partnership with executive leadership.
  • Act as a culture champion, ensuring that people processes and leadership practices are aligned with the company's core values.

Change Management:

  • Act as a lead change agent, providing expert guidance and support to leaders and teams navigating significant organizational transitions, restructuring, and transformations.

Stakeholder Management & Partnership:

  • Build trusted, strategic relationships with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders to understand business needs and co‑create effective OD solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as an OD Specialist, OD Business Partner, or in a similar strategic HR/OD role.
  • Demonstrable expertise in organizational design, development methodologies, and change management principles.
  • Experience in facilitating culture change and designing organizational values.
  • Strong project and program management skills, with a track record of delivering complex OD initiatives from diagnosis to implementation.
  • Ability to see the big picture and translate business strategy into actionable OD plans.
  • Proficiency in using data and diagnostics to uncover insights and measure the impact of interventions.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to influence senior stakeholders.
  • A true business partner who builds strong, collaborative relationships across the organization.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and navigating ambiguity.
