Responsibilities Represent Parrish in a professional manner in action, appearance and attitude.

Include but not limited to the following

Proposal & Pursuit Support:

Lead or assist with the development, writing, editing, and assembly of RFQs, RFPs, and interview materials. Maintain deadlines and coordinate with internal teams to gather content and documentation.

Marketing Support:

Assist with marketing initiatives as needed, including newsletters, presentations, corporate collateral, advertising, events, and social media content.

Photography & Visual Documentation:

Support project photography and event documentation as needed.

Team Collaboration:

Provide general marketing and administrative support to the operations and events teams.

Awards & Recognition:

Assist with award submissions and other marketing recognition efforts.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field

preferred ; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

1–3 years of experience in marketing or communications with direct experience writing and assembling proposals, preferably within the construction, architecture, or engineering industry.

Experience managing websites, newsletters, and event coordination preferred.

Familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes and interview preparation is strongly preferred.

Language Skills Team Member must have the ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.

Must be able to read and interpret documents such as RFQs, RFPs, proposals, schedules, instructions, and standard operating procedures.

Must be able to draft correspondence, marketing copy, and basic report summaries with accuracy and professionalism.

Licenses, Certificates, Registrations Needed Driver's License (license in good standing with less than 6 points)

Other Skills and Abilities Needed

Ability to proficiently operate computer software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office Suite, and content management systems.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Comfortable interacting with internal teams, clients, and partners in a professional manner.

Fluency in the English language, both verbal and written.

Photography and basic videography skills preferred but not required.

Ability to travel locally as needed for events, photography, and project-related responsibilities.
