Key Responsibilities: Architectural Design & Space Planning:

Create cutting-edge kitchen designs that maximize space efficiency and reflect client aesthetics.

Conduct detailed site measurements and translate them into precise architectural drawings.

Client Engagement:

Lead client meetings from initial consultation through project completion.

Discuss budgets transparently and review pricing to align with client expectations.

Project Management:

Prepare and present comprehensive drawings and 3D renderings using CAD software (preferably 2020 Design).

Finalize contracts and oversee the ordering process with manufacturers.

Address and resolve any issues during installation or construction phases.

Sales & Presentations:

Deliver compelling presentations to sell design concepts effectively.

Provide exceptional customer service to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance design processes and outcomes.

Maintain an organized and inspiring showroom environment.

Qualifications: Experience & Education:

Minimum of 3 years in architectural design and space planning; kitchen design experience is a significant plus.

Proficiency in CAD software. We will train for 2020 Design software as needed.

Skills:

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Keen aesthetic vision with attention to technical details.

Self-motivated and proactive in collaborative settings.

Personal Attributes:

Passionate about design and innovation.

Comfortable discussing financial aspects with clients.

Committed to providing outstanding customer service.

Other Requirements:

Reliable commute or willingness to relocate to Norwalk, CT 06854.

Benefits: Compensation:

Competitive base salary average of $60,000 per year.

Commission structure and bonus incentives paid monthly, quarterly and annually.

Average position earnings of over $100,000 annually.
