They will possess knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs as well as strong grammar, spelling, communication, and interpersonal skills. They will have the ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others, as well as knowledge of university systems including Compass, ARCS, Thesis Review System, and Vireo.**What You Need to Know****Salary:** Commensurate**Cover Letter & Resume:** A cover letter and resume are strongly recommended.**Please Note:** This Job is a temporary position for the Spring 2026 semester. **Essential Duties/Tasks****Format Editing -** Conducts timely and efficient format reviews of electronic theses, dissertations, and records of study to ensure adherence to Texas A&M formatting and accessibility standards **Customer Service and Outreach -** Guides and assists students, faculty, and staff regarding the preparation, submission, review, and publication of the thesis/dissertation/record of study**Document Processing -** Processes approval forms and new submissions for review.
