4+ years’ experience

as an

Architectural Designer/Job Captain

with a background in

mid-large size Commercial projects . This position would earn a

generous base salary

Experience with Construction Documents and As-Build Drawings including layout floor plans, elevations, sections, details, door/window schedules, etc. is a

MUST

Construction Administration experience taking a project from start to finish including project tracking, labor/material cost and budget evaluation, client communication, owner representation, etc. is a

MUST

Experience with AutoCAD and BIM/REVIT is a

MUST

Bachelor's Degree or Vocational School in is

HIGHLY PREFERRED
