This role supports the Director of Creative Services in developing visually compelling, brand-aligned messaging for internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate will have proven experience collaborating with C-suite executives and business teams while consistently delivering excellence under pressure. The individual will manage a creative services specialist as well as external outside creative resources. It is important for the candidate to be able to drive compelling visual storytelling and conduct themselves with professionalism and emotional intelligence within high stakes environments. (1) Executive Communication Support
Serve as a creative partner to senior executives, translating complex business narratives into clear, compelling visual communications aligned with corporate priorities. The candidate may act in a supportingor lead role depending on the project. Develop high-level messaging frameworks for presentations, speeches, investor communications, and enterprise-wide initiatives. Ensure alignment with corporate priorities, tone, and brand voice across all executive materials. (2) Presentation & Design Development
Develop and manage executive-level presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote), integrating data visualizations, infographics, and storytelling elements. The candidate may act in a supporting or lead role depending on the project. Set and uphold design standards for executive communications, ensuring consistency, clarity, and brand integrity. Champion innovation in visual storytelling and presentation design. Oversee standards and guidelines to maintain the corporate brand across all executive communications. Manage and develop a creative services specialist, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Oversee workload prioritization, resource allocation, and performance development to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Provide creative direction and feedback across a range of visual assets including digital, print, photo, and video. (4) Executive Event & Meeting Support
Provide strategic and creative support for executive-led events, including AV coordination, presentation design, and real-time adjustments. Act as a trusted advisor on presentation technology, visual communications, and audience engagement strategies. (5) Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management
Lead complex, time-sensitive projects with precision, managing multiple stakeholders across communications, marketing, investor relations, and business units. Ensure seamless integration of messaging and design across channels and platforms. (6) Brand Stewardship & Confidentiality
Uphold and evolve brand standards, ensuring consistency across all executive-facing materials. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
