seeks a remote Marketing Coordinator (US hours)
to execute campaigns, enhance brand presence, and support administrative marketing functions.
What you’ll do Content & Social Media
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and Nextdoor.
Monitor engagement and channel metrics; share insights and next steps.
Assist with blog posts, email campaigns, and press releases.
Keep the marketing drive updated and organized with current photos, videos, and collateral.
Design & Media
Produce on-brand assets: flyers, brochures, one-pagers, decks/presentations, and digital graphics.
Collaborate with designers and video creators to maintain brand consistency.
Schedule and coordinate photographers/videographers; ensure assets are uploaded, named, and accessible.
Campaign Management & Advertising
Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, and Nextdoor (or similar) for awareness and lead gen.
Track performance and provide concise, actionable reports.
Assist with A/B testing and iterating creatives/messaging to improve ROI.
Events Management
Plan, organize, and execute quarterly in-person marketing events (trade shows, conferences, community engagements).
Prepare materials, signage, and promotional items.
Coordinate logistics for smooth execution.
Support the yearly company gathering (vendor coordination, creative elements, and marketing materials).
Outreach & Growth Initiatives
Pitch the brand to magazines, blogs, podcasts, community bulletins, and other media outlets.
Collaborate with partners/platforms to expand reach.
Conduct market research on trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
Administrative Marketing Tasks
Maintain clean, structured shared drives; ensure materials are current.
Track marketing inventory and prep event collateral on time.
Schedule photographer sessions and manage content-creation logistics.
Manage email follow-ups, media submissions, and marketing requests promptly.
Analytics & Reporting
Consolidate campaign data and create clear reports/dashboards.
Recommend adjustments based on data-driven insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to align marketing with business objectives.
Support other marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications (Must-haves)
Fluent English
with excellent written and verbal communication.
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in marketing coordination, social media, or communications.
Hands-on experience with paid ads on Meta, Pinterest, and/or Nextdoor (or similar platforms).
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and basic CMS use.
Strong organization and project management; able to handle multiple deadlines.
Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva).
High attention to detail; proactive, self-driven mindset.
Comfortable working fully remote with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-haves)
SEO strategies and keyword research.
CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Email marketing automation and campaign workflows.
Community/influencer outreach for collaborations or media features.
Website basics and analytics (Google Analytics, WordPress, or similar).
Interest in creative branding, storytelling, and emerging marketing trends.
What success looks like in the first 90 days
A consistent social calendar running across key channels.
Paid campaigns launched with weekly snapshots and clear next actions.
