Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in driving awareness, generating leads, and supporting community engagement for Midwest Heating & Cooling. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this position manages daily marketing activities, oversees our social media presence, coordinates internal and external campaigns, and ensures our brand is consistently represented across all channels.
This role blends strategy with hands‑on execution—owning creative output, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring every marketing initiative contributes to measurable business results.
Schedule:
8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Compensation:
Total Compensation package of $70,500!

Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Campaign Management
Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and retention.
Develop and manage seasonal promotions and community-focused marketing initiatives.
Track campaign ROI using ServiceTitan, Google Analytics, and CRM data.
2. Social Media & Content Creation
Manage and grow our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create engaging, on-brand content including posts, videos, stories, and reels.
Build monthly content calendars aligned with company goals and seasonal trends.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to enhance engagement and reputation.
3. Brand & Community Engagement
Ensure Midwest's identity, tone, and values are consistent across all marketing communications.
Coordinate community events, sponsorships, and local partnerships.
Lead internal culture-focused marketing projects to support employee engagement.
4. Vendor & Partner Management
Serve as the primary liaison with external marketing partners (currently focused on website management).
Oversee ad budgets, creative approvals, and vendor performance.
Maintain regular alignment with the Director of Sales & Marketing on strategy and spend.
5. Tracking & Reporting
Monitor and analyze KPIs related to leads, conversions, and engagement.
Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Make data-driven suggestions to improve campaign effectiveness.
6. Vendor, Sponsorship & Event Management
Manage relationships with marketing service providers, media partners, and community organizations.
Oversee sponsorship agreements with schools, sports teams, and local programs.
Coordinate home and trade show logistics—including booth design, setup, staffing, and promotional materials.
Track event ROI using ServiceTitan lead source tagging and post-event reporting.
Maintain an annual sponsorship and event calendar aligned with budget and business goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or social media management.
Experience with CRM systems (ServiceTitan preferred).
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Highly organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Mailchimp is a plus.
