Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Corporate Branding team in the role of Creative Services Senior Associate. This position is a full time, hybrid position (in office as needed) based in Indianapolis, IN.

Role Responsibilities

Deliver excellent service to internal partners, team members, marketers and communicators, ensuring seamless execution of requests.

Be the main contact for Creative Services and brand inquiries, maintain high responsiveness, handle daily project requests, and collaborate with design, marketing, and production teams to meet expectations.

Assist with managing the Brand Center, IU Health’s digital asset management tool, and project management through the creative services process, which includes proofing and consistent application of brand standards.

Respond to Creative Services and brand inquiries, manage multiple inboxes, triage requests, and provide clear, professional service.

Resolve issues and offer guidance on creative processes, brand standards, and templates. Provide account management to team members without an assigned marketer, gather content, enter design projects, and secure approvals.

Proof creative projects in process.

Assist with the management of the IU Health branded image library. Contribute to the development to improve user knowledge of creative processes, self-service tools, templates, and brand standards.

Key Relationships Reports to: Director-System Marketing

Candidate Qualifications Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

Bachelor's Degree is required.

Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction are essential. Must be able to explain creative concepts and technical information clearly and effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Strong writing and/or proofing skills.

Previous experience in customer service or account management.

Organized and able to manage multiple demands with attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Basic knowledge of design and marketing processes preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
