Join our dynamic team as a Marketing & Events Coordinator , where you’ll be at the center of creating memorable experiences and driving brand engagement. In this role, you willtake the lead on our social media strategy and support the execution of high-impact events that define our brand.
At HR Acuity, we believe content and experiences go hand in hand. In this role, you’ll manage our day-to-day presence on LinkedIn—writing, posting and optimizing content that engages our audience and strengthens our voice in the market.You’ll also partner closely with our events team to help plan and execute webinars, tradeshows, leadership dinners and our annual Employee Relations Roundtable.

This is a remote opportunity for someone located in the Eastern or Central Time zone or have previous work experience working in Eastern or Central Time zone.

The Opportunity
Own and elevate HR Acuity’s LinkedIn presence with smart, strategic content that engages our core HR and employee relations audience
Play a key role in planning and executing high-impact events including tradeshows, webinars and our annual Employee Relations Roundtable
Partner with sales, customer success and marketing teammates to execute campaigns that support pipeline growth, strengthen brand visibility and deepen engagement with ER and HR leaders
Be the expert in creating social content, supporting virtual and in-person events and contributing to multi-channel campaigns that position HR Acuity as the go-to in employee relations tech
Join a high-performing marketing team where your ideas are heard, your creativity is valued and your work makes an immediate impact
Oversee all aspects of branded swag, from sourcing and ordering to inventory management and coordinating delivery for events, campaigns and team initiatives
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, with a focus on social media or event management preferred
Proven ability to manage and grow a brand’s presence on LinkedIn or similar platforms
Comfortable writing short-form, engaging copy and repurposing content across channels
Experience coordinating webinars, tradeshows or live events
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, CVent and GaggleAMP
Strong understanding of social media best practices and current content trends
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred

Perks and Benefits Compensation:
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $70,000 to $75,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
