Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy
Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy, Lakeland, Florida, United States, 33809
Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is a comprehensive multidisciplinary company that offers Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy, Massage and Acupuncture services. We take great pride in inspiring our team to create an everlasting bond with our patients, our doctors, and our community. It’s not just what we do, it’s who we are. We are driven by our mission to continually invest in our people and offer the best workplace environment possible.
Job Description Metro PT is looking for a motivated, organized, and tech‑savvy Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team remotely. This position is ideal for someone early in their marketing or sales career who’s ready to take ownership of lead follow-up, patient conversion, and CRM management in a fast‑moving healthcare environment.
The goal of this position is simple but critical: convert potential patients into active patients by following up with leads quickly, warmly, and effectively. Leads may come from a variety of sources, including referrals through our EMR system, website form submissions, or social media campaigns, and our success depends on timely outreach. We’ve found that the minutes between a lead expressing interest and our follow‑up can make all the difference.
This is a mostly outbound calling role with some marketing coordination responsibilities. You’ll also play a key part in helping to implement and manage our new CRM system, helping to track leads, measure conversions, and improve our follow‑up process over time.
Lead Management & Follow‑Up
Respond to incoming leads within minutes of inquiry to maximize conversion potential.
Conduct outbound calls to prospective patients who have expressed interest through various channels (referrals, web forms, social media, etc.).
Educate potential patients on Metro’s services, answer questions, and schedule appointments.
CRM Management & Tracking
Serve as the primary point person for our new CRM platform—assist with setup, data management, and continuous improvement.
Maintain detailed records of leads, communications, and conversion outcomes.
Generate and analyze reports to track outreach activity and conversion rates.
Collaboration & Marketing Support
Work closely with the Marketing team to optimize lead sources and outreach strategies.
Provide feedback on marketing campaigns based on lead quality and conversion trends.
Assist with projects related to digital marketing, community outreach, and patient engagement as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Up to $24/hr plus bonuses, commensurate with experience and location.
Comprehensive benefits package, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Flexible, fully remote work environment with supportive leadership and growth potential.
Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with new people daily.
Detail-oriented and highly responsive, with a sense of urgency in following up on leads.
