Position Responsibilities:

Marketing Leadership

  • Function as a strategic leader and influencer, playing a critical role in strategic marketing messaging, and cultural direction of the company.
  • Formulate and articulate a bold but realistic marketing strategy, driving improved brand awareness and sales lead generation results.
  • Lead branding, thought leadership, content marketing, PR, and digital campaigns targeting four key leadership personas in large health systems.
  • Establish a metric driven management process including KPIs for marketing performance such as lead generation results, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) conversion rates including developing a set of monthly performance and dashboard reports.
  • Brand as the Market Leader in messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.

Sales Support

  • Deliver Sales Operations best practices resulting in measurable improvements in sales contract close rates and reduced average sales contract cycle times.
  • Create marketing analytics in Salesforce.com to measure sales lead generation campaigns effectiveness and overall ROI on investment in marketing.
  • Develop tools, training, collateral, and competitive intelligence that improve sales productivity.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to understand pipeline gaps and align support accordingly.
  • Implement Salesforce.com and Korn Ferry sales best practices that improve sales productivity.

People Leadership

  • Foster a consistent practice of sound human resources concepts with the goal of achieving teamwork, mutual respect, a high level of professionalism and commitment to the company’s success.
  • Ensure that departmental decisions such as staffing, development, organization, and vendor selections are well informed and aligned with the organization’s budget, business plan and vision.
  • Develop a culture of using KPI reports and analytics to deliver measurable results including the use of individual performance scorecards.

Experience & Skills:

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven leader of marketing and sales support teams.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare including regulations and provider challenges in RCM.
  • Ability to deliver compelling marketing messaging establishing as the Brand Leader in our market.
  • Become the subject matter expert on overall messaging and marketing strategy.
  • Experience recruiting new marketing staff and developing high productivity with new staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple type-A high achiever personalities.
  • Experience creating a marketing business plan and budget delivering a measurable ROI.
  • Performance measurement and data-driven decision making.

Compensation $200k-$240k
