Paid Media & Measurement Strategist, Influencer Marketing Linqia is an innovative start‑up in the growing influencer marketing industry. Located in downtown San Francisco, you will work with a fast‑paced, data‑driven team that partners with world‑class brands such as Danone, AB InBev, Kimberly‑Clark, Unilever, and Walmart. Our AI‑driven platform delivers guaranteed results and transforms influencer marketing into a scalable media channel. Responsibilities Act as the principal liaison between clients, agencies, and Linqia internal teams. Serve as a senior strategic member of cross‑functional client teams to understand business goals and translate them into impactful paid social media strategies across platforms and devices. Oversee and manage paid social and programmatic media campaigns with the Paid Social Analysts team to deliver results that consistently meet or exceed client expectations. Leverage real‑time data, ongoing testing, and insights from campaign performance to optimize strategies and manage campaigns. Generate and deliver comprehensive, actionable campaign wrap‑up reports highlighting insights, learnings, and recommended next steps. Execute and analyze third‑party measurement studies, including sales lift, brand lift, mobile proximity, and TV tune‑in metrics. Collaborate closely with Sales and Success teams to identify and implement new revenue‑generating opportunities, product updates, measurement solutions, and strategy enhancements. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to communicate client feedback and prioritize delivery of new product features, bug fixes, and enhancements. Qualifications 1‑3 years of experience in paid media, with strong preference for paid social experience. Proven expertise in utilizing digital and social media advertising to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness; familiarity with blogger/influencer communities is advantageous. Exceptional client‑facing skills with a track record of effectively communicating expertise and strategic recommendations to external stakeholders. Strong critical thinking abilities to drive strategic client solutions. Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and strategic improvements. Effective team player skilled at managing priorities and optimizing time management. Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and commitment to achieving results. Excellent troubleshooting capabilities, with a creative and collaborative approach to overcoming challenges. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high‑growth startup environment. Bachelor’s degree required. Passion for digital and social marketing. Must currently reside in the San Francisco Bay Area and be available to commute to the San Francisco office 3 times per week.
