Job Details Level : Experienced Job Location : Edmond Library - Edmond, OK Position Type : Full Time Education Level : Master's Degree Salary Range : $51001.60 - $62483.20 Salary Travel Percentage : Negligible Description Summary: Under general direction, this position performs a variety of professional librarian duties including providing information and assistance to customers of all ages; planning, scheduling, and presenting programs and/or services; performing reference, readers’ advisory services and bibliographic instruction; building relationships with community organizations; providing technology instruction; engaging in civic participation. This position will assist guests of all ages but will have a specific emphasis on adult programming. This position will be assigned to the Edmond Library at 10 S. Boulevard in Edmond, OK. The hiring salary for this position is $51,001.60 annually. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. This position is exempt from the federal Fair Labor Standards Act. The candidate should be available to work all hours the library is open, including some weekends and evenings. Specific hours for this position are listed as Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 to 5:00 pm, Wednesday from 12:00 to 9:00 pm, Thursday from 8:00 to 5:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 to 6:00 pm with a rotating Saturday shift.* *Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the library.
